Ma Never Wrote It Down is a digital book (PDF) sold by Rosa Marchetti through Gumroad. When you buy it, you get a personal licence to read it, print it, and keep it for your own household. Please do not resell it, post it, or pass the file along; it is how I make a living.
The recipes are home cooking, written with care, but you are the cook in your kitchen. Read the safety page at the front of the book, cook meat to safe temperatures, and use your own judgement about allergies and dietary needs. If your doctor has told you to limit salt, fat, or anything else, your doctor wins.
